The Blueprint: course terms

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms apply when you accept them at checkout. Viewing this agreement does not create an order or authorize a charge.

Who provides the course

The Rivera Organization LLC provides The Blueprint. ONEN LLC, a Florida limited liability company, collects payments through its Mercury account on behalf of the course provider. Your invoice identifies ONEN LLC. Questions about access, delivery, payments or applicable consumer rights should be sent to support@riveraorg.com. ONEN LLC's business notice address is 111 N Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801.

What the $250 course includes

One personal account receives the current written course edition, twelve lessons, guided exercises, knowledge checks, a final preparation project, the course handbook (an offline companion textbook containing the same core lessons), assignment workbook and editable planning templates. These downloads are included course materials, not separate products. This edition does not include prerecorded video. Estimated learning time includes independent practice and varies by participant. The course is produced by The Rivera Organization and written by Angel Rivera, Chairman & CEO.

The access period is twelve months from activation following verified payment. Downloaded materials may be retained for the purchaser's own business preparation and personal learning. Online access is not a subscription and does not renew or generate additional charges automatically.

Scope and support

This is U.S.-focused education and preparation, not individualized legal, tax or investment advice. Your purchase does not include raising capital for you, investor introductions, investor lists, capital placement, professional approval of an offering or guaranteed funding. You choose and engage qualified advisers independently. Completion records learning participation; it is not an accredited credential or certification of investment readiness.

Course support covers access and questions about the learning material. Messages and replies appear in your private course thread. It is asynchronous, not emergency support, live chat, unlimited consulting or review of confidential offering documents. Do not submit investor identification documents, bank records, passwords or other sensitive information through the workbook or support thread.

Payment and delivery

The course price is $250 USD, paid once. Enrollment must disclose any applicable taxes and eligibility restrictions before acceptance. Payment uses Mercury's hosted invoice page. ACH and wire are available; card payment through Stripe is available when enabled on your invoice. Your invoice displays the available methods before you pay. Card and banking credentials are entered with the payment providers, not collected by the course website. A pending payment, payment screenshot or return from a payment page is not verified payment. Contact support before making another payment if its status is delayed or unclear.

Access opens after the matching invoice is verified as paid. Payment review, return, cancellation or charge reversal may pause access while the issue is resolved. Your order and learning work are retained during review. This does not remove remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellations, refunds and statutory rights

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds after purchase, including for a change of mind, unused access, or account deletion, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer cancellation rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective digital content, or other rights that cannot be waived. Contact support@riveraorg.com with your order reference to request cancellation, report a delivery problem or exercise an applicable right. Do not send bank credentials or sensitive identity documents. Nothing in this agreement removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

At checkout you may expressly request immediate digital-content delivery following verified payment and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, the withdrawal right for that digital content ends once supply begins. This consent does not waive mandatory rights for ongoing services. Your order retains the accepted agreement and consent evidence. If a law requires a refund or remedy, this policy does not prevent it. You may contact support without giving up any lawful payment dispute rights.

Completion and independent education

The Rivera Organization provides independent professional education based on Angel Rivera's experience. It is not a school or an accredited educational institution. The course does not award academic credit. Complete every assignment, pass each knowledge check and the final assessment at the published threshold, and finish the final project to download a Certificate of Completion. This records completion of course activities, not a degree, license, professional certification, approval of your business or proof you are ready to accept investments. It is not a guarantee of funding. Certificate information is private by default. You may share a downloaded copy or separately enable public credential verification in your account. Public verification shows your recipient name, course, completion date and certificate status to anyone with the credential ID. You may turn verification off at any time; copies already saved by others cannot be recalled.

Your materials and permitted use

You retain your rights in your own worksheet answers and business information. You authorize the provider to store and process them to operate the account and provide support as described in the Privacy notice. The course does not claim ownership of your business ideas. The provider's course materials are licensed for your individual learning and preparation; do not resell them, share account credentials or redistribute the course as your own product.

Sources and third-party services

Rules, provider tools and linked information can change. Check current primary sources and qualified advice before acting. Links are educational references, not endorsements, guaranteed access, affiliate discounts or partnerships. The Vadera case study is not an offer through this course to buy securities. Restricted third-party documents remain subject to their own access and usage conditions.

Privacy and account administration

The Privacy notice explains account, purchase, learning and support information. Use accurate contact details, keep your password private and report suspected account misuse. You may export your saved workbook and account data, manage your profile, confirm an email change, reset your password, or delete your account through Profile & security. Deleting your account ends access and removes learning content; required transaction, agreement and security records remain subject to law. Downloaded PDFs and handwritten annotations made on your own device do not sync back automatically. A phone number is optional and is not consent to marketing calls or texts. Organization-news subscriptions are separate and optional. If you choose and confirm the newsletter, Angel Rivera and The Rivera Organization may email you about courses, products, offers, brands and initiatives. You can unsubscribe from organization marketing without losing course access. See the Privacy notice for consent records and private operational reporting. The provider may restrict access for material misuse, unlawful activity or compromised accounts, with appropriate review and without excluding mandatory rights.

Your accepted agreement

The version you accept at checkout and its included purchase details apply to that purchase. A copy is retained with your order. Later updates do not automatically replace the terms of an existing purchase or create a renewal charge.
