This notice covers the first-release website at riveraorg.com, a project led by Angel Rivera. The site accepts service enquiries; it does not currently collect payments or accept public document uploads. Authorized staff can publish documents into a client’s private workspace.

What we collect

If you send a request, we store your name, email, business name, selected service, delivery preference and any optional website or message you provide. We record the request time and the version of this notice you accepted. Client sign-in uses an email address, a hashed password and a session. For an active project, we store its status, next steps, private messages with sender and time, and published documents with their version and upload details.

Why we use it

We use these details to review and respond to your request, organize service delivery and protect account access. A request does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your enquiry details or send the contents of your message to advertising platforms.

Storage and access

The application and database are hosted on the dedicated Onen application infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized project operators and infrastructure providers needed to run the service. Authorized operators can review enquiries. Client files and messages require an authenticated account with access to that project. Authorized service staff can read and reply to project messages, update the project and publish files. Messaging is asynchronous; this release does not send message-notification emails.

Cookies and logs

We use essential session and request-security cookies. Server access logs may include IP address, request path, browser information and timestamps for operation and security. This release has no advertising pixel or third-party behavioral analytics. External links, including Forbes, SEC and Vadera Pulse, lead to sites with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

Only send information needed for an initial conversation. Do not send passwords, identity documents, private financial statements or sensitive personal details through the enquiry form. You can request access, correction or deletion by submitting a privacy request through our contact form; enter “Privacy request” in the business-name field. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Retention and changes

Enquiries are kept while responding and considering the engagement. If no engagement proceeds, they will be reviewed for deletion within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires retention. Backup copies may persist through their normal rotation. The fuller paid-service notice and provider details will be published before paid onboarding opens.
