Angel Rivera is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Vadera Capital Corporation. His work spans consumer brands, creator technology, practical education and business preparation.
His earlier ventures include Vera Wear, a fashion and cosmetics brand, and VAGARi, an energy-drink brand. Those projects placed brand identity, product development and audience building at the center of his work. A 2022 interview about Vera Wear’s model-search campaign documents that chapter of his career.
Today, Rivera leads Vadera Capital and its work on Vadera Pulse, a platform focused on creator performance and discovery. His portfolio also includes vaderaU, which makes noncredit learning available in business, creator careers and AI. The connecting thread is a practical interest in how people build, communicate their value and move an idea forward.
His work in artificial intelligence includes ONEN OS, his AI company. ONEN OS develops a multi-agent operating system that brings AI operatives into connected tools such as email, calendars and messaging.
Through The Rivera Organization, he works directly with founders on business readiness, pitch materials and the preparation that comes before fundraising. He brings his own experience to this work, including Vadera Capital’s reported $1.2 million raise.
Rivera is a Forbes Business Council member and contributing author. He writes about leadership, AI and the infrastructure behind the creator economy. His writing has also appeared in Forbes Japan, and his article on leading an AI initiative was a Forbes Councils Editors’ Choice selection in July 2026.
Beyond his business work, Rivera’s personal milestones include a visit to the White House.
