$199 Fundraising Strategy Session

One business; review of your submitted product/company information, an existing deck of up to 20 slides and one metrics summary. A 30-minute session or one written clarification exchange. You receive a personalized written assessment of the next steps, priorities and recommended support, with one factual correction round.

The proposed delivery target is three business days after the session or completed written exchange and all agreed inputs. We will confirm availability before you purchase. The session does not include creating a deck or implementing the whole plan.

$499 Self-Guided Investor Preparation Toolkit

A step-by-step guide, readiness checklist, 30-day work plan, pitch-deck outline, one-pager template, data-room index, document checklist, and metrics/runway worksheets, delivered through your private account. You fill in and adapt the materials yourself. No call is required.

This option does not include personalized business assessment, deck writing or design, financial-model construction, document review, or fundraising services. Account messaging is for access and toolkit questions; it does not include consulting or review of your completed work. Third-party subscriptions and specialist advice are separate. The toolkit is being prepared; requests are open and no payment is taken.

$2,500 Investor Preparation Package

One business and narrative, an editable deck of up to 15 core slides plus PDF, a data-room structure and index with up to 25 existing supplied files organized, a metrics/runway summary based on your information, a one-pager, a PitchBook submission pack, preparation Q&A and final handoff files.

The package runs for 30 days and includes eight 30-minute calls with Angel, scheduled as two calls per week for four weeks, preparation work between calls and two consolidated revision rounds. The 30-day period begins on your agreed kickoff date after complete intake and successful payment; your order will confirm the dates and eight-call schedule. Prefer no calls? You can choose two written checkpoints per week for four weeks with the same preparation deliverables. The $199 session is not a prerequisite.

Booking and communication

Calls are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10–11 AM and noon–4 PM in America/New_York, with no 11 AM–noon, Tuesday, Thursday or weekend appointments. There is at least seven days’ notice and a 15-minute buffer after calls. Your order confirms the start date and appointment schedule. A paid invoice is not an appointment confirmation.

Your private account holds published files, versioned downloads, project updates and a message thread with the team. Messaging is asynchronous, with replies during working availability; it is not continuous live chat. The preparation package includes questions and feedback within its agreed scope and service period. Final response commitments and rescheduling terms will be supplied before payment.

Third-party tools and specialist work

You own your DocSend or other data-room account. Subscriptions are separate. Without a suitable live workspace, the deliverable is an organized file archive, index and setup guidance. PitchBook decides whether and when to publish company information; a listing or discount is not guaranteed. A full financial model, bookkeeping cleanup, legal instruments, audit, valuation and investor sourcing are outside the package.

Preparation, not placement

You are buying education and preparation. We do not raise money for clients, introduce investors, solicit or negotiate investments, place capital or guarantee a result. You use the materials to approach a placement company or agent yourself. Some businesses need more traction or specialist help before fundraising.

Payment and cancellation

The planned payment methods are ACH and wire through Mercury, with cards disabled. ONEN LLC is the seller; The Rivera Organization is the service brand. A pending transfer does not mean payment is complete. The proposed commercial policy is no discretionary refunds for a change of mind or failure to raise, subject to mandatory rights and remedies for services not provided. Final terms apply only when presented and accepted with an order. No charge is authorized by submitting an enquiry.
